Ingredients:
10 oz water
1 oz butter
1 tsp salt
13 oz flour
1 3/4 oz rolled oats
2 tbs brown sugar
1.5 tsp active dry yeast
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a stand mixer bowl, and blend using the dough hook.
Let the stand mixer knead the dough thoroughly.
Allow to rise until doubled in size, then punch down.
Preheat oven to 350
Transfer to a bread pan and allow to rise again until doubled in size.
Bake for 35 mins at 350 degrees.
