Basic plan: 3 units oats, 3 units "dry", 1 unit "wet"
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc)
1 cup chopped dried fruit (apricots, cherries, banana, strawberry, etc)
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
3 oz honey
1 tbs vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dried ginger
1/4 tsp almond extract
Roast everything except the fruit at 350 for 30-45 mins, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
