Ingredients
13.5 oz can coconut milk
6 oz hoisin
Juice of one lime
3 oz smooth unsweetened peanut butter - maybe 3.5 if it's crunchy?
1 tsp sirracha (chili paste)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tbs finely minced shallots (approx 2)
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer over medium heat
