Serves: 2 people (8 small pancakes)
6 oz milk
1 oz dried buttermilk
3 oz flour
1.5 oz almond meal
1 oz sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 oz butter (melted)
Methods:
Set an electric griddle to medium heat (300F)
Combine all ingredients
Stir lightly with a whisk (don't overmix)
Pour into 8 small (4" diameter) pancakes on the griddle.
Flip after about 2 minutes.
