Ingredients
1 tsp blonde miso
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbs mayo
1 pc Salmon
Method
Set convection broil on low, move shelf down to second position, or it'll sear too quickly.
Blend Miso paste with the lemon juice, then add sugar and mayo.
Pat salmon dry with a paper towel, season with black pepper (not salt, the miso is salty)
Smear with the marinade both sides, grill ugly side up first
Served with steamed Broccoli
