Tamar's:
4 oz butter
6 oz bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 oz sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Method:
Preheat oven to 450F.
Grease 4 ramekins with butter and coat lightly with flour, emptying out the excess.
Melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat.
Beat the eggs, egg yolks sugar and salt together until thickens and is lighter in color.
Fold chocolate with the eggs and flour
Pour evenly into ramekins.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Cool for one minute, run a knife around the edge and flip out onto plates.
