Ingredients
1/2 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice or white vinegar
1 thai chilli, deseeded
Method
Combine all ingredients and stir to dissolve the sugar. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
