2 tablespoons freshly squeezed juice from 1 orange
1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo plus 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic (about 1 clove)
Procedures
Whisk together ketchup, orange, chipotles, adobo sauce, honey, cumin, and garlic in a small bowl.
