1 tbs Thai Red Curry paste
1.5 tbs fish sauce
1 lime (juiced)
1 teaspoon sugar / honey
2 tbs chopped cilantro
2 tbs chopped mint leaves (or Thai Basil)
2 tbs scallions / chives
1 egg per person (fried, garnish)
Crushed peanuts (garnish)
Other possibilities: Lime Leaves, Lemongrass, Fried shallot
